Hello
I am a fully qualified HCPC registered art psychotherapist and psychotherapist based in the Midlands. I completed my MA in Art Psychotherapy at the University of Derby and have gone on to work within CAMHS, CAMHS Looked After Children's service and within a local authorities post adoption and post special guardianship support service. I have gone on to develop my private practice in support children and young adults whilst working as a centre therapist within a fostering agency.
About Me
I have advanced training in trauma therapy which is very effective in dealing with psychological trauma. I have focused my work on supporting children, young people and their families of all kinds that have experienced signifiant trauma, this has presented itself within individual therapy, group therapy, dyadic parent-child therapy and parent / career support.

I am particularly used to working with neglect, abuse, depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement & loss, addictions, anger and personality / identity struggles.

Drawing from psychodynamic and existential theories, I use an integrative approach to understand you or your child's life experiences and how they have led to your current feelings and ultimately seeking therapy.I know how challenging it can be to reach out for help. I offer a collaborative approach, passionate, solution-focused, and dedicated to useful insight.

If what I have said resonates then please do not hesitate to contact me.
